Petrov OK

After his crash during the Monaco GP this afternoon, Vitaly Petrov complained to the medical crew about his left ankle. The doctors took him to the Princess Grace hospital for checks. No fractures were diagnosed. As a precaution, Vitaly will undergo a full body scan.

Following the Vitaly Petrov accident on lap 69, the race was red flagged. The event will be restarted when the track is cleared. Petrov is understood to be talking in the car.
