Fernando Alonso took the fastest time of the Q2 session at Monza, beating Jenson Button, Paul di Resta, Lewis Hamilton, Felipe Massa, Nico Rosberg, Michael Schumacher, Kamui Kobayashi, Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen.
Out went Mark Webber, Pastor Maldonado, Sergio Perez, Bruno Senna, Daniel Ricciardo, Jerome d’Ambrosio and Jean-Eric Vergne.
