Red bullying the opposition…

October 26, 2012 by Joe Saward

Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber dominated the second practice session for the Indian Grand Prix, the World Champion settings a time that was six-tenths faster than the nearest challenger. On this occasion that was Fernando Alonso in the slightly improved Ferrari, ahead of Nico Rosberg’s Mercedes, the Lotus of Kimi Raikkonen and the McLarens of Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button. Nico Hulkenberg was eighth in the Force India with the top 10 completed by Romain Grosjean (Lotus) and Bruno Senna’s Williams.

Next up was Paul di Resta ahead of Sergio Perez, Michael Schumacher, Daniel Ricciardo, Felipe Massa (who had a spin), Kamui Kobayashi, Pastor Maldonado, Jean-Eric Vergne, Heikki Kovalainan, Vitaly Petrov, Pedro de la Rosa, Timo Glock, Narain Karthikeyan and Charles Pic. Senna and Hulkenberg both had spins.

Here, we go, again. Would all other F1 drivers give up their salary and drive for Adrian Newey for free?! Or even pay? Red Bull should hold an auction for the 2013 seats because at this rate they could charge what they like.
