I don’t agree with you at all. I quite like both the Renault & McLaren – simple and uncomplicated. So I guess you like the tacky and massively over-stickered Ferrari? When I see that thing I don’t know where to look. There is so much going on that nothing stands out which defeats the purpose of putting your logo on a car really.
What’s with all the black liveries this year. I miss the days when teams were bright and bold and wanted to stand out. I guess with Bernie’s comments this morning they are all trying to blend in the background and make sure no one notices them.
Judging from the early photographs, the cars all look the same. It seems even Ferrari has copied Williams “bottle nose dolphin” nose. Aside from the color, gone are the days when you could tell a Ferrari from a Lotus or McLaren. Oh well, it is what it is…..
Joe, do you think Renault will ever re-enter the American and Canadian car markets? With all of their name recognition I remain amazed they’re avoiding 2/3rds of the continent. Their last attempt here was with the boring, Yugo-esque Le Car in the early ’80s.
