  1. Hi Joe, what a dominant display, again!, by not only Mark Webber and Sebastion Vettel, but the entire Red Bull team, including the performance of Daniel Ricciardo in F3.5, and just a trivia question, when was the last time in F1 that both drivers from the same team were tied for first place in the championship ??

  2. Jo, is Webber 1 and Vettel 2, or are they equal 1st? Is there a mechanism by which drivers on the same points are split into actual positions rather than being deemed equal when on the same points?

    Thanks for a great blog!

  3. It occurred to me if Red Bull pull it off this year, that’ll be three constructors Adrian Newey has won championships for as chief designer.

I’m trying to think of another chief designer who did that – Ross Brawn has done it as technical director I believe.

After a quick look – 2007, after Monaco ironically. Hamilton and Alonso 38 points each.
